Job responsibility
1. Complete export customs clearance: prepare basic export documents, various certificates, commodity inspection documents and export documents.
2. Overseas logistics organization: coordinating logistics delivery, completing all procedures required for customs declaration, tracking logistics transportation until delivery to customers.
3. Prepare business standing books timely and accurately, and check accounts with finance; Provide export information of foreign exchange collection and settlement, assist finance to handle foreign exchange entry; Assist in dealing with all kinds of export tax rebates.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; At least 2 years experience in foreign trade, shipping company or export declaration, logistics operation.
2. Familiar with international trade settlement and examination of various import and export documents. Familiar with customs clearance requirements of major countries and major electronic products in the world.
3. Familiar with international norms and standards of various electronic products and components (mobile phones, batteries, power supplies, etc.) as well as operational requirements of different types of logistics (express, air, sea, etc.) to prevent operational risks.
