This is another feat of market entry for FreeYond, a startup brand, following its first global launch in Kuala Lumpur on March 21 and the TikTok Challenge on May 6.

2 months ago, FreeYond made a strong announcement of its entry into Malaysia with a launch event and the release of 8 products. YB Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Communications and Digital Malaysia, attended the launch event and expressed high commendation for FreeYond, and offered the strongest support for FreeYond by taking a selfie.

After the launch event, FreeYond lit up dozens of outdoor billboards throughout Kuala Lumpur, making it a beautiful sight.

The #FreeYondOpen Malaysia Badminton Challenge, FreeYond's first major social media-based promotion, kicked off intensely on TikTok from May 6 to May 12.

The #FreeYondOpen has been a huge success, as it organically combines the Malaysian national ball, badminton, with the youth-friendly gameplay of the TikTok challenge. As of May 23rd, the total number of views on the #FreeYondOpen hashtag reached a staggering 490 million. Within a short period of time, FreeYondOpen became a popular topic among TikTok users all over Malaysia.

In parallel with the marketing campaign, FreeYond is also building up its sales channel in Malaysia at a fast pace.

In just 2 months, FreeYond has basically completed the channel rollout in 15 of the 16 states (municipalities) across Malaysia, and the number of stores across Malaysia has exceeded 500. Under the dual efforts of marketing and channel development, FreeYond sales continue to grow.

With the momentum of signing the Malaysian badminton national team, we believe that by the end of 2023, we will have the opportunity to see FreeYond enter the Top 10, or even Top 5 list of national market sales for the first time.
